The Service enables content creators to cross-publish short-form video content (under 60 seconds) from the tonycomm production pipeline directly to their TikTok account via the TikTok Content Posting API. The Service is designed to streamline the content distribution workflow for financial education creators.

3. User Accounts

You may need to link your TikTok account to use this Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.

4. Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload through this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you publish. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
